What individual pieces tend to cost

Included everywhere

What every quote already covers

These are not upsells and they are not line items. They are in every project we take, at every price point, because charging extra for them would be charging you for doing the job properly.

  • A fixed price agreed before any work begins
  • A named senior designer on the project throughout
  • Revision rounds written into the proposal
  • Final files in every format and size you need
  • Editable source files handed over at the end
  • Full ownership of the work transferred to you
  • 30 days of in scope adjustments after delivery
  • A reply to any project message within one business day

What costs extra, and we will tell you first

Transparency works both ways. These are the things that genuinely add cost, and none of them will ever appear on an invoice without your written approval beforehand.

  • Revision rounds beyond those in the proposal
  • A change of direction after production has started
  • Scope added after the agreement is signed
  • Stock footage, licensed fonts and music licensing
  • Professional voiceover talent and recording
  • Rush delivery that requires reordering the studio queue
  • Print production management and press checks

Pricing questions

The money conversation

Because the alternative wastes everyone's time. If our starting points are far outside your budget, you should know that from this page rather than after two calls and a proposal.

Yes. The number in the proposal is the number on the invoice unless you approved additional scope in writing. We absorb our own estimating mistakes, which is a strong incentive to estimate carefully.

Sometimes, by reducing scope rather than reducing quality. A tighter budget might mean one concept direction instead of two, or a core identity now with collateral later. What we will not do is quietly do a worse job for less money.

Standard projects are fifty percent to begin and fifty percent on delivery. Larger engagements split across milestones written into the agreement. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.

It is if you need work most months. Retainer clients get priority scheduling, a lower effective rate and a designer who already knows the brand, which makes each individual piece faster. Below roughly one project a month, single projects are usually the better value.
